In addition to Pelvic Health Physiotherapy, Siobhan is also a Pilates Instructor, with an abundance of experience teaching Pilates clinically in a rehabilitation setting as well as group Reformer and Matwork Pilates classes, training through STOTT Pilates.

Pilates is so beneficial for optimising movement patterns, building body awareness, increasing stability, mobility, endurance and strength.

Through the Pelvic Pain Clinic and Leni Pelvic Health Physiotherapy, Siobhan has started running running “pelvic floor safe” reformer pilates classes once a month specific for pelvic pain.
