Dedicated to you and your Pelvic Health

Founded by Siobhan Lenihan, a passionate Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, our clinic provides compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to your unique needs.

Located within the Garden Family Medical Clinic, we have the unique advantage of collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.

When addressing pelvic health concerns, we take a holistic approach, evaluating the entire body to identify underlying factors contributing to your pain and symptoms. Siobhan will conduct a thorough assessment of your pelvic girdle, lower back, hips, lower limbs, thoracic spine, abdominals, and breathing dynamics to uncover any contributing factors to your symptoms.

Whether you are dealing with pelvic floor dysfunction, painful periods, sexual pain, incontinence, prolapse, or recovering postnatally, we are here to support you every step of the way with individualised treatment and expert guidance.

Our goal is to empower people in all stages of their life to move and engage in life without shame, discomfort or pain which often coexist with pelvic health concerns.

    Your treatment pathway

    Initial Assessment

We begin with a 60 to 75 minute comprehensive initial assessment to understand your pelvic floor, abdominal, bladder, bowel and sexual function. We will also look at your whole body and identify other contributing factors.  We will help you to understand what is driving your symptoms.

    Treatment Plan

Based on your initial assessment, we will create an individualised treatment plan that may include pelvic floor exercises,  bladder and bowel training, movement retraining, exercise and lifestyle advice.

    Management

You will be provided with self-management strategies to help with your symptoms such as pelvic floor exercises, diaphragmatic breathing, pelvic stretches and general exercise. You will be guided on specific exercises to help you progressively return back to your exercise goals.

    Ongoing Support

We provide continuous support and monitor your progress through subsequent appointments. As Physiotherapists we are here to listen, understand and to empower you to become the best version of yourself.
