75 minute Initial Pelvic Pain Physiotherapy  – Please follow this link if you are booking for pelvic pain. Complete this Pelvic Pain Clinic questionnaire and book a pre-screening call with the nurse (free of charge Telehealth call) to book this appointment and be eligible for the appointment subsidy. 

 60 minute Initial Pelvic Health Physiotherapy – $200 (private health item code 500) - book if you are a new pelvic health patient (pregnancy, postnatal, menopause or have bladder/ bowel/ sexual / exercise concerns). Please call the Garden Family Medical Clinic on (08) 6186 7992 to book your initial appointment. A $50 deposit will be taken over the phone to secure your appointment.

45 minute Subsequent Extended Pelvic Health or 45 minute initial manual therapy – $140 (private health item code 593 pelvic health, 500 manual therapy) - book for extended pelvic health follow up or initial manual therapy 

30 minute Subsequent – $110 (private health item code 505) - book for follow up appointments (pelvic health and manual therapy) and mastitis treatments

 

EPC Medicare referrals are accepted. Medicare covers $60 of the appointment fee for up to 5x sessions per calendar year. Referral from your GP is required.

 

Late cancellation within 24 hours incurs a fee of 50% of your appointment cost. Not attending your appointment incurs a fee of 100% of your appointment cost.
